The helmet showed up exactly as ordered and it looks nice, so I don’t really have any complaints there. I’m not trying to be overly picky, but for the price I figured it would feel a little better on longer rides. The padding feels comfortable at first, but after a while it starts pressing in certain spots. It’s not awful and I can still use it, I just expected it to sit a bit more comfortably.

I returned my order and the refund took way longer than I expected. I had to keep checking in to find out what was going on, which got frustrating after a while, lol. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me it was kind of annoying.

I somehow ended up with the wrong helmet size, which was annoying because I really didn’t want to deal with another back-and-forth return situation. Thankfully, the exchange was actually quick and didn’t turn into a whole ordeal. Support got back to me the same day, and everything was handled without the usual hassle
